Orca Lelum is an Indigenous-led youth wellness centre on Vancouver Island, providing culturally grounded, trauma-informed care for Indigenous youth navigating substance use and mental health challenges.

As one of only two Indigenous youth wellness centres in British Columbia, Orca Lelum offers a safe place for youth to reconnect with culture, and restore balance across mind, body, heart, and spirit. Together, we build a path forward grounded in identity, strength, and belonging.
Rooted in Coast Salish teachings and guided by the principle of Nutsamaat Shqualuwun - working together with one heart and one mind - Orca Lelum weaves Indigenous healing practices with clinical supports to create a continuum of care that is responsive, relational, and life-changing.
At Orca Lelum we believe culture is healing.
Culture is not an addition to care - it is the foundation. It is at the heart of everything we do because we know if has the power to strengthen and heal our children, or families, and our communities.
